Check-in time is 2.00 pm; check-out time is 10.30 am. Late checkouts until 11am are subject to availability.


LAZY SUNDAY OPTION:

Where a Pavilion is not booked for guests staying on Sunday evening, (where the guests have booked that Pavilion for the preceding Friday and Saturday evenings), those guests have the option of extending their stay until 8pm on Sunday evening for an additional $150 surcharge. As this is a "last minute offer" guests are asked to check with Reception as to the availability of this offer no earlier than the Friday evening before the requested Sunday.
To secure a booking, a deposit of 40% via Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS or American Express is required at the time of booking up to a maximum deposit payable of $1500.00. The remaining 60% or balance payable is required upon check-out.
(Cash or cheque deposits are subject to special booking conditions).

A fee of $100.00 will apply to any booking where it is either cancelled, or the dates of the booking are amended any period over 30 days prior to arrival.

We accept all major credit cards except Diners’ cards.Payments via American Express will incur a 3% surcharge due to higher Merchant bank charges imposed on the Retreat.

Accommodation bookings are only available to Couples. No groups are permitted at the Retreat.

For bookings cancelled between 15-30 days, 40% of the total cost will be charged. A $100 administrative fee will apply in lieu of the 40% charge if the Spa Pavilion is able to be rebooked.

For bookings cancelled between 8 and 14 days, there will be a 100% charge of the total booking if that booking cannot be re-filled. The $100 fee will still apply to cancellations where Pavilions are able to be rebooked.

A valid credit card in the guests name will be required at the time of check-in in order to provide a "signature
for sureity" against damage. If the credit card is not provided at that time guests will not be able to stay at the Retreat and no refund will be available under these circumstances.

Our policy is strictly no smoking within any Pavilion or Reception area. Ashtrays are provided for ourdoor use.

No pets are permitted at the Retreat.
