Conditions:
Please read the following conditions carefully
before completing the reservation form.
- Once you forward your
accommodation preferences we will check availability and send a return
email to the email address originally provided by you.
- If you wish to proceed
with the booking, a 40% deposit will be required via Visacard,
Mastercard or American Express at the time of booking.
Payments made via American Express are subject to a 3% surcharge due to
additional banking charges imposed by AMEX.
Please note:
Bank and personal cheques, including money orders will only be accepted
for payment of deposits where bookings are made no less than six weeks
in advance of your arrival date. In these cases the booking will lapse
within seven days of the request if payment has not been received.

you prefer not to send credit card information via the internet you can
fax it to the Retreat on:

- Please ensure you read
our cancellation policy noted on the 'contacts and tarrifs' page of
this website.
- As our Pavilions are meticulously cleaned, late checkout will be permitted until 11am only where the Retreat does not have guests staying in the Pavilion on the day you check out.
